I've always been passionate about understanding the human mind and its resilience. This led me to pursue a career in psychology, where I could not only explore these interests but also make a meaningful difference in people's lives. Over the years, I have been fortunate to work with a diverse group of clients, helping them navigate their unique challenges and find a path toward greater well-being. Outside the therapy room, I'm an avid reader, nature enthusiast, and enjoy spending time with my family and pets.
My therapeutic approach is client-centered and integrative, combining elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Psychodynamic Therapy.
