Amber Amayo

Counsellor

Hello, I’m Amber from Go With The Flow Talking Therapy. I am a person-centred therapist offering a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. I have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent clients, including autistic and ADHD individuals, alongside anyone feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves.

I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and human. My aim is to help clients feel heard, understood, and accepted exactly as they are, while gently supporting self-understanding, self-trust, and emotional wellbeing.
