About me

I have several years of experience providing therapeutic support both face-to-face and online. I am currently working with the Brent Centre for Young People as a therapist in their school outreach program. I have also taught on the Foundation course for Counselling and Psychotherapy Training at Birkbeck, University of London.

My approach

I specialise in working with children and their parents, as well as teens and young adults.
By enabling my clients to feel safe, I help them to untangle their worries and gain an understanding of their feelings so that they can better manage both internal and external stressors.

Education

As a fully-qualified child and adolescent psychodynamic therapist (MSc, Birkbeck), I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and accredited by the British Psychoanalytic Council and abide by their code of ethics.
