Psychotherapist
At Kindarrow, therapy is an invitation to connect, reflect, and grow together. I work relationally, creating a genuine, compassionate space in which we explore what truly matters to you.
I founded Kindarrow Therapy because I believe that the path to healing requires both a soft place to land and a clear sense of direction. In my years of study and practice, I've seen many people feeling ‘stuck’, either overwhelmed by the weight of their past or paralysed by the uncertainty of their future.
I wanted to create a practice that honours the tension between self-acceptance and the desire for change. Kindarrow was born from the idea that therapy should be a collaborative partnership: one rooted in deep kindness and radical empathy, but also focused like an arrow on the growth and clarity you deserve.
I look forward to meeting with you,
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist with a deeply relational approach, rooted in the belief that we all need a space to be truly seen. My practice is informed not just by my training at the University of Greenwich, but by a diverse career path that has taken me from London’s fine art sector to the fast-paced world of global tech, and through time living abroad in China.
These experiences gave me a practical, real-world understanding of the challenges my clients face: the pressure of achievement, the complexity of our identities, and the anxiety of navigating change. I draw on art, philosophy, and my own cross-cultural experiences to help you explore your internal world in a way that feels meaningful and relevant to your life.
My clinical work includes roles at the Maudsley Hospital and Goldsmiths University, and I am proud to serve as a supervisor and trainer for a charity dedicated to suicide prevention. As an Associate at the Clearthinking Clinic, I am committed to providing a safe, insightful environment for people from all walks of life.
I eventually moved into psychotherapy to integrate these global perspectives with my lifelong interests in fine art, philosophy, and human expression. This background allows me to bring a unique breadth of insight to my work, making my approach well-suited to individuals from all walks of life who are seeking a deeper understanding of their internal world.
My clinical path includes a current post as an Honorary Psychotherapist at the Maudsley Hospital and experience supporting students at Goldsmiths University and working as a supervisor & trainer with a charity that supports those who feel suicidal, or that life is no longer worth living.
Additionally I’m an Associate Psychotherapist at the Clearthinking Clinic.
My approach is integrative, drawing from philosophical, psychodynamic, existential and humanistic traditions; together, we make sense of your experiences, find new perspectives, and embrace the uniqueness of you.
