I’m LGBTQ+ affirmative and neurodivergent friendly. I welcome people of all identities and ways of thinking, and I’ll never ask you to explain or justify who you are.

My approach
Existential therapy offers a safe space to explore your experiences and gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your world. Together, we can look at what it means to be you, in your individuality and from your own perspective. By understanding the challenges you face in the world you have been thrown into, and how you relate to them, you may find a new way to navigate them.
