My specialism is working with children and young adults, spanning anxiety, anger, ASC, depression, eating, LGBTQIA+, relationships, school issues, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, OCD, loss and bereavement and relationship to self and others.

About me

I am BACP registered, I offer a safe, supportive space where children and young adults can express themselves freely. I attend regular clinical supervision and follow the BACP/UKCP code of ethics ensuring that my practice is grounded in care and professionalism.
I am a professional artist and a parent and my practice in the therapeutic arts feeds into my artistic practice. I am passionate about informal creative facilitation and in awe of people’s surviving capacity for magical thinking, sometimes despite all the odds. I am committed to developing the concept of art as a source of nourishment, re-connection to self, and healing. I am currently welcoming new clients aged 7-25 for one-to-one sessions as well as parent and child sessions.

As an integrative arts counsellor with 22 years of experience working with children and young adults, I believe in creating a safe and supportive therapeutic space for my clients. My approach is rooted in the belief that art can be a powerful tool for self-expression, healing, and personal growth. Through our work together, we will explore your emotions, thoughts, and experiences through a variety of creative modalities, including painting, drawing, collage, and more. My goal is to help you develop insights and coping skills that will support you in your journey towards greater well-being and self-awareness. My approach is client-led and rooted in creating a nurturing space to help clients find their unique path toward healing and growth.

I also hold a BA Honours Degree in Fine Art, The Thomas Hubl Academy of Inner Science Certificate of 'Principles of Collective Trauma Healing' and SOAS certificate of Somatic Experiencing foundational skills.
