MBACP and UKCP Psychotherapist in Training

I offer a confidential space where you can talk openly about what is on your mind, at your own pace.

As a trainee integrative psychotherapist, I focus on understanding how you experience your life and the difficulties you are facing. This may involve exploring your thoughts, feelings, relationships, and past experiences, and how these connect for you.

We might focus on what feels most pressing, or take time to look more closely at patterns that are less immediately visible.

You may come with something specific that you would like to work through, or with a more general sense that something is not quite right. We can think together about what feels important and where to begin.

I am currently completing an MSc in Psychotherapy and Counselling at the University of Warwick. I am a trainee member of the UKCP.

I am also a full member of the BACP, having passed their Certificate of Proficiency exam.

I work to both the UKCP and BACP ethical frameworks. My work is supported by regular clinical supervision.
