I work with:
Individuals, Children, Couples and Families.
I am experienced working with people with anxiety/low confidence, relationship difficulties (including couples, and individuals in a relationship, or single), eating disorders, adoption and gender needs.
My practice is person centred, based around using empathy, acceptance and curiosity to promote a compassionate and motivational environment to explore difficult problems, improve wellbeing, resolve conflict, and improve relationships.
The way in which I work with you will begin with initially getting to know you, finding out what brought you to therapy and what your goals are. I aim to work collaboratively with you to help figure out what approach will best help you address an accomplish your goals.
