Welcome, and thank you for visiting my page. I offer a safe, supportive, and confidential space where you can explore the challenges you’re facing. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, relationship issues, or simply feeling stuck, counselling can help you gain clarity, strengthen coping skills, and move forward with more confidence.
I am a qualified counsellor based in Peterborough, Ely, and Cambridge, with experience supporting adults from all walks of life. My approach is person-centred and Adlerian, which means I work with empathy, encouragement, and collaboration to help you feel truly heard and understood.
I know it can take courage to reach out for support, and my role is to walk alongside you as we explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals together. My aim is to provide you with a safe and respectful environment where change and growth can happen at your pace.
My core training is in Adlerian counselling, which focuses on understanding your unique life experiences, beliefs, and goals. Adlerian therapy helps us look at the “bigger picture” of your life—how your past, relationships, and sense of belonging shape the way you feel and act today. It is encouraging, collaborative, and always centred on helping you build confidence and direction.
At the same time, I take an integrative approach, which means I draw on different styles of therapy (such as person-centred, CBT, or mindfulness-based techniques) depending on what suits you best. No two people are the same, so our sessions will be tailored to your needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all method.
My aim is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your challenges, gain new insights, and develop practical tools for change—always at a pace that feels right for you.
