About me

I am a clinical psychologist specialising in the perinatal period and child development.

In private practice I supports individuals who, at any stage in life, experience difficulties in their mental health and/or relationships, helping them to reflect, repair and move toward a more fulfilling future.

In the NHS I work with families in the critical first 1001 days of a baby's life to nurture the parent–infant bond, improve couple and parental wellbeing, and strengthen family relationships.

My approach

Across my practice, I take an integrative approach that draws on systemic, attachment, developmental, trauma, and mind–body models.
