Humanistic Integrative Counsellor
Hello there, I’m Georgia, a neurodivergent counsellor based in Brighton, offering online and in-person counselling. I hold a kind, warm space for women and non-binary adults to explore what matters to them. I often work with neurodivergent people navigating overwhelm, trauma, identity, or seeking space to reconnect with themselves.
My approach is gentle, collaborative, and rooted in deep respect for your unique way of being. Together, we can explore what’s going on beneath the surface, at your pace. Whether you’re late-diagnosed, self-identified, or exploring the possibility of neurodivergence, you’re welcome here.
I draw from a humanistic integrative framework, meaning I tailor our work to you rather than fitting you into a set method. With my lived experience, I offer an affirming space where you don’t have to mask or explain yourself. You’re welcome to show up exactly as you are, with stimming, tangents, or uncertainty, and we’ll make room for all of it.
Above all, I’m here to provide a space where you feel safe enough to be real, to soften, to speak, to feel, to not know, and be met with care every step of the way. If you’d like to learn more about how I work, you’re welcome to visit my website or get in touch. I'd love to hear from you.
