Counsellor/Psychotherapist
Sometimes life leads us to question who we are, what we need and how to move forward. This may include grief and loss, life transitions, relationship difficulties, or discovering new aspects of identity. I offer a space among the uncertainty to slow down and make sense of what is happening. This can feel especially important when things feel confusing, heavy or difficult to put into words. I am committed to offering an affirming space where you can come as you are, and welcome people of all genders, sexualities and neurotypes.
I am a BACP-registered therapist, offering online counselling and psychotherapy for adults across the UK. I also offer in-person sessions in London. I have worked in mental health and related fields since 2019, with experience as a therapist in the NHS and an LGBTQIA+ specialist charity. I offer open-ended therapy, allowing time for deeper exploration without the pressure to have everything figured out.
Rather than viewing distress as a set of ‘symptoms’, I understand it to be shaped through our relationships with ourselves, others and the wider social contexts we live within. Together, we can explore the ways you have learned to cope with your experiences, including those that may have once been necessary but no longer feel helpful.
Alongside my clinical training and experience, I hold a Master's Degree in Philosophy and am a registered yoga teacher. I draw on these elements to support you in finding a sense of safety from which questions of identity, meaning and belonging can be explored with curiosity and care.
