Psychotherapist

Many people come to therapy feeling burdened by anxiety, self-criticism or emotional overwhelm. You may have spent much of your life feeling different, misunderstood or not fully at ease in yourself or your relationships, perhaps struggling with a sense of not being good enough or somehow not fitting in. You might be trying to make sense of difficult experiences from your past, feeling stuck in familiar patterns, or beginning to understand yourself through the lens of neurodivergence. Therapy can offer an opportunity to explore these experiences, understand yourself more fully and clarify ways forward that feel right for you.

About me

I am a UKCP-registered psychotherapist providing online therapy for adults across the UK. I have experience working with adults across a wide range of ages, both online and in person.

I offer online psychotherapy via video calls, with appointments available on weekdays and some evenings. My fee is £60 per 50-minute session.

You don't need to have a clear explanation or find the right words before reaching out. If you're wondering whether we might be a good fit, I offer a free 20-minute introductory conversation. We can discuss what has brought you to therapy, any questions you may have, and whether working together feels right for you. You can arrange this using the ‘Book appointment’ button on my profile.

My approach

My approach is grounded in the belief that meaningful psychological change begins with the therapeutic relationship. Many of us spend years trying to make sense of ourselves through criticism, labels, or assumptions about what is ‘wrong with us'. Therapy offers an opportunity to begin understanding your experience with someone alongside you, rather than feeling you have to work it all out alone.

I aim to offer a supportive and accepting space where you can feel genuinely safe, heard, and understood. From there, we can begin making sense of your experiences through curiosity and compassion, rather than judgement. I work in a relational and integrative way, drawing primarily on humanistic and psychodynamic traditions while remaining informed by contemporary research into areas such as trauma and neurodiversity.

Rather than assuming there is one correct explanation for your experiences, or offering fixed interpretations, I believe therapy is a collaborative process of exploring what feels meaningful, authentic, and helpful for you. Over time, this process can help you develop a greater sense of self-understanding and self-compassion, strengthen your inner resources, and move towards a life that feels more connected, peaceful, and fulfilling.
