Counseller and Couples Therapist
I am a qualified counsellor and couples therapist offering a warm, supportive space for individuals and couples. I work with people who may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected — whether that’s within themselves or in their relationships.
I offer sessions online for clients worldwide, as well as in-person locally.
I understand that starting therapy can feel like a big step, and my aim is to help you feel at ease from the very beginning. I offer a calm, non-judgmental environment where you can speak openly and feel genuinely heard.
Clients often come to me when they are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. Together, we can begin to make sense of these experiences and create space for change.
My approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and respect for your individual experiences. I won’t tell you what to do or take sides, but I will support you in exploring patterns, understanding what’s happening beneath the surface, and finding ways forward that feel meaningful and sustainable.
In couples therapy, I work carefully to ensure both partners feel heard and understood. The focus is not on blame, but on helping you make sense of your dynamic, improve communication, and rebuild connection where it may have been lost.
I work with challenges such as communication difficulties, conflict, emotional disconnection, trust issues, and unhealthy relational patterns, as well as anxiety, self-esteem, and life transitions.
Mainyard Studio, London E3
I hold a BA (Hons) in Counselling, a Diploma in Counselling for Depression (CfD), and an Advanced Diploma in Couples Therapy.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work in line with their ethical framework.
I continue to develop my practice through ongoing professional development and training to support both individuals and couples.
