Integrative Counsellor

If your mind runs fast, tangles itself in different threads, or feels overwhelming at times, you might be looking for a space to slow down and make sense of what’s going on inside. You may be navigating grief, identity shifts, difficult relationships, or feeling stuck and unsure how to move forward. Many of the people I work with think deeply, jump between ideas, or feel like a lot is happening internally, and want somewhere they don’t need to filter themselves. I welcome the parts of you that feel messy, contradictory, or hard to explain.

About me

My background as a graphic designer in the fast-paced London advertising industry gives me a deep understanding of the pressures that come with demanding work. I also bring my creative skills into counselling, where curiosity, play, and creativity are central to the way I work. For me, creativity is a way of listening differently to the symbols, images, and sensations that often speak when words fall short.

My approach

I use an integrative approach to counselling, drawing on different therapeutic approaches and combining them in a way that feels most helpful for you. I sometimes work with creative materials such as clay, paint, or collage to help express what words can’t quite capture, but this is always optional.

Whether you have a specific issue you'd like to work through, a general sense that something feels off, or are simply curious about therapy, you’re welcome to reach out. We can start with a brief introductory call to see how it feels to talk and whether working together feels like the right fit.
