About me

As a senior clinical psychologist I have worked with children, young people, parents, families and their networks within the NHS, social care, and the charity sector. As an independent practitioner, I use my wide range of experience to provide therapy for individual adults, couples, young people, parents, and families, and provide supervision, consultation, training and reflective practice groups for teams and practitioners.

My approach

I am informed by a broad range of trainings, theories and teachings but I am also profoundly influenced by the person, couple or family I am with. Through hearing your stories and developing shared ways of thinking and understanding, my hope is that we will explore multiple perspectives on situations that have become stuck and entrenched to reveal new ways to respond which then help to improve relationships and family life.
