Before training as a therapist, I spent over a decade working in humanitarian aid and human rights protection, living in more than ten countries and supporting people in crisis. These experiences gave me deep insight into resilience, trauma, identity, and the challenges that come with change. My own personal and professional journey led me to psychotherapy — a space where we can explore what it means to feel grounded, connected, and more at ease within ourselves.
I work integratively, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centred Therapy. This means I combine structured tools for change with a warm, compassionate relationship that centres your unique story and needs. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you feel supported to explore what matters most to you — at your own pace.
London, London E10 7LZ
I am currently completing an MSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy at the University of Derby, UK, and work under regular clinical supervision in line with professional and ethical standards. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), working in accordance with its Ethical Framework.
