Integrative Psychotherapist
I offer affordable, confidential online therapy for adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or in transition. Whether you're experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, or navigating any life changes, therapy can provide a supportive space to reflect, process, and grow. I welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade working in human rights and humanitarian advocacy, often in war-affected and post-conflict regions. I had the privilege of working closely with people who had been through extraordinary hardship and witnessed, again and again, how empathy, presence, and genuine human connection could ease even the heaviest of burdens.
Over time, I felt a deep pull to work with people in a more personal way - not just in moments of large-scale crisis, but by focusing on the individual in front of me. I saw how powerful it could be simply to witness someone’s experience with empathy, to truly see their pain, and to hold space for their healing and growth. That’s what drew me to retrain as a psychotherapist.
I work integratively, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy. This means I combine structured tools for change with a warm, compassionate relationship that centres your unique story and needs. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you feel supported to explore what matters most to you and at your own pace.
I offer a free 20 minutes call with new clients first to see if we are a good match.
