I am a warm, caring, and collaborative integrative counsellor who is passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for people to explore whatever they may be going through. I believe that therapy should be as unique as the individual, and I work in a way that is flexible and tailored to your specific needs, preferences, and pace.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that everyone deserves to feel accepted, understood, and supported. I offer a non-judgmental space where you can be yourself fully, and where we can work together to help you embrace all parts of who you are.

My approach

I offer a warm, collaborative, and creative space tailored to each person’s needs. As an integrative counsellor, I blend approaches like Humanistic, CBT, and parts work, drawing on tools such as inner child and journaling therapy. I specialise in neurodiversity, self-acceptance, and identity work.
