Counsellor
Are you struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationships, menopause or difficult life changes?
Perhaps you're feeling overwhelmed, constantly overthinking, putting everyone else's needs before your own, or finding it difficult to understand how you're feeling.
I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly, feel heard and explore whatever is troubling you.
Whether you're experiencing anxiety, stress, grief, relationship difficulties or simply feeling lost, we can work together to help you better understand yourself, build confidence and find a way forward at your own pace.
I'm an integrative counsellor and founder of Kind Therapy, offering a warm, supportive and confidential space where you can feel comfortable being yourself.
I believe that everyone deserves to feel listened to, understood and accepted without judgement. My approach is compassionate, collaborative and tailored to your individual needs, recognising that no two people or experiences are the same.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief, loss and challenging life transitions. I also have additional training in menopause awareness and understand the emotional impact this stage of life can have on confidence, identity, relationships and wellbeing.
As an integrative counsellor, I draw on different therapeutic approaches to support you in exploring your thoughts, feelings and experiences, developing greater self-awareness and finding ways to move forward.
At Kind Therapy, my philosophy is simple: By your side, step by step.
My approach to counselling is integrative, which means I draw on different therapeutic approaches to suit your individual needs, recognising that everyone is unique.
I believe that building a trusting therapeutic relationship is at the heart of effective counselling. I offer a warm, empathetic and non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace.
Together, we can explore what may be contributing to your difficulties, develop a greater understanding of yourself and identify ways to move forward. I work collaboratively, allowing you to guide what feels important, while offering support, gentle challenge and encouragement when appropriate.
My aim is for you to feel truly heard, understood and accepted, without pressure or judgement.
