About me

I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen, heard, and met as a whole person. My role is to offer a confidential, supportive space where you can explore what’s happening in your life, make sense of your experiences, and move toward the changes you want.

My approach

As an Integrative Counsellor, I draw from a range of approaches, including Person‑Centred therapy, Gestalt, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). Allowing me to provide a trauma‑informed practice, which incorporates creative and psychoeducational methods as needed. This means your sessions are shaped around you, not a rigid model.

I have particular experience supporting people with ADHD, Autistic adults, and individuals navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, and life transitions. I also have a special interest in spirituality and meaning-making, exploring how beliefs and values influence the challenges we face. This is available for clients who want it and is never imposed.

Whether you arrive with a clear sense of what you want to talk about, or simply a feeling that something isn’t right, we can work together to understand what’s going on and find a way forward.

Online, in‑person, or Walk & Talk therapy
Short‑term or long‑term work

I aim to create a space where you feel safe enough to explore difficult emotions, patterns, and experiences at your own pace.
