Hypnotherapist
Hello, I'm Leonard Ofori-Atta, a qualified hypnotherapist passionate about helping people reach their full potential and live more fulfilling lives. My journey in the mental health field began with studies in Sociology at City University London and volunteering for mental health charities, igniting my passion for therapy and motivational speaking. I further deepened my understanding of workplace mental health through five years of light rail transport industry research. This led to the creation of Theranotic, my hypnotherapy practice, and the development of the Colleague Support Service (CSS) at Tram Operations Limited (TOL). As a Mental Health Support Specialist, I provide consultancy services to individuals and organisations, focusing on developing strategies to enhance mental wellbeing. My mission is to empower individuals to take control of their mental health, build resilience, and lead fulfilling lives.
My journey to hypnotherapy began with a foundation in sociology at City University London. This background gave me a strong understanding of human behaviour, social structures, and society's impact on individuals. Fueled by a deep-rooted care for others, I developed a commitment to guiding people on self-discovery and transformation.
