I am a well-trained and experienced psychotherapist who works with adults only—individuals, couples, and families. I have been practising since 2006 and offer both online and in-person sessions in Central London.
I specialise in working with culturally diverse and international clients, and this includes inter-faith relationships. Areas of my specialisation are relationships, childhood trauma, inner-child work, anxiety, depression, stress, culture & religion.
I am also an accredited Life Coach, which can be very useful in sessions when, apart from dealing with your issues, you would also like to achieve some set goals.
About me
My experiences are international, diverse and multicultural, as I lived and travelled in various countries before settling down in the UK. All my major studies in psychotherapy, counselling and personal development were completed in the UK (University of Surrey).
I further have a gentle approach and have been practising safely and confidentially for some 18 years now. I enjoy working with people, and it's always an honour to help others succeed in life. I look forward working with you.

Is integrative - where I will use various modalities depending on what you will bring to the sessions. Sessions are always tailored to the specific needs of each client.
