I strongly believe that you know you better than anyone else does, and that includes me with any expertise i may have in counselling theory. I'm here to work alongside you in any exploration of you that you want to do. My job isn't to give you what *I* think the answers are, but to help you to find the answers you're looking for.
I'm a kink-aware, consensually non-monogamy-aware gender/queer therapist who is also disabled and neurodivergent.
My approach is person-centred, and i'm also a qualified focusing-oriented therapist, which is an approach that is centred in your physical experience of self.
