About me
I have really benefited from the support I have received from counselling; it has been life changing in so many areas of my life. When something has been so impactful, it felt only right that the next step was to offer guidance and support to others. I have over 10 years’ experience supporting people and witnessing their lives being enhanced. We all need a helping hand at times, and it’s truly an honour to be yours if you feel the call.
My approach
My approach is Psychosynthesis, which works with the different parts of our personality and supports us in bringing integration to the parts of ourselves that may feel exiled or overwhelmed, such as anxiety or depression.
