About me

I truly believe that deep, lasting change is possible for everyone, because I've experienced it first hand. My own journey from feeling stuck and unknown to finding my passion for life and personal growth is at the heart of my practice.

As your therapist, I offer a warm, patient, and open space for you to explore what's holding you back. My core approach is Transactional Analysis, a lens that helps us understand the patterns we've developed, often from early life. My hope is that we’ll build a strong therapeutic relationship together - a safe space where you can explore these patterns and create a new understanding and relationship to yourself and your world.

My approach

Working together:

Our first contact will be your initial email or phone call and from this we will be arrange a free 30-minute introduction call. This will give us the opportunity to speak about the process, what you are looking for, and the way I work, so that we can decide whether we would like to work together. If so, we'll agree your session day and time and our first session together will be to review the contractual and business elements of our work.

From there, our arranged weekly sessions will be an opportunity for you to tell your story and for us to identify what change you are wanting to work towards. Over the first few weeks we will explore, create, and agree our therapeutic contract for change - a clarifying statement that will identify what you would like to get from our work together. During our work together we will be able to explore the way you relate to the world around you. I will support you in understanding your life-script, ego-states, and empower you to reclaim autonomy over your here-and-now. I will also support you in development more robust coping strategies and building your confidence and skills of emotional regulation where needed.
