Trainee Gestalt Psychotherapist, UKCP
I offer a warm, grounded, and thoughtful therapeutic space where you don’t have to have everything worked out before you arrive. Many of the people I work with are used to holding things together for others, thinking deeply, or questioning themselves — and are tired of feeling they have to “get it right”, even in therapy. I aim to create a space where you can slow things down, feel met as you are, and explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.
Clients often tell me they value my calm presence, emotional attunement, and ability to stay with complexity without rushing to solutions. Alongside my clinical training, I bring a strong awareness of context, power, and difference, and I care deeply about creating a therapeutic relationship where you can show up as you are, rather than who you think you should be.

I offer both online and in-person sessions, allowing for flexibility while maintaining depth and continuity. Whether we work together remotely or face-to-face, I aim to provide a clear, confidential, and supportive framework so that the practical side of therapy feels held, leaving space for the work itself.
I am particularly drawn to working with parents of neurodivergent children who feel emotionally stretched, unseen, or worn down by systems that don’t fully understand their family. I also work with people affected by addiction — their own or someone else’s — and with those navigating trauma, loss, or long-standing relational wounds, including family estrangement. Many clients come feeling conflicted, guilty, or unsure how to hold boundaries while still caring deeply; therapy can offer a place to explore these tensions with honesty and compassion. You don’t need a diagnosis or a clearly defined “reason” to come — a sense that something needs attention is enough.
I work relationally and collaboratively, drawing on Gestalt therapy. This means I’m interested not only in what has happened to you, but in how you experience yourself, others, and the world in the here-and-now — including what may show up between us in the therapeutic relationship. Therapy with me is not about being analysed or given quick fixes. Instead, it’s about developing awareness, self-support, and choice, at a pace that feels respectful, containing, and attuned to you.
Sessions are conversational and responsive. At times we might stay with thoughts, beliefs, or meanings; at other times we may notice bodily sensations, emotions, or patterns that repeat in relationships. I will offer reflections and gentle challenge where it feels helpful, and we’ll regularly check in about what’s working and what isn’t. You are not expected to perform, disclose everything at once, or make progress on a timetable.
