CBT Therapist
Hi, I’m Meg, a CBT therapist.
I support people experiencing anxiety, panic, depression, and everyday life stresses to understand their struggles and build practical tools to manage them.
I’ve worked in NHS mental health care services, University student mental health support teams and now within my own Private Practice supporting individual from all walks of life.
My clients often describe me as approachable, compassionate, and a therapist who loves a metaphor and analogy! I aim to create a safe, non-judgemental space where you feel heard and supported.
I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that helps you understand the link between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and work towards the changes that matter most to you. Sessions are structured but collaborative — you’re in the driver’s seat, and I’m here to guide you.
