About me

Originally from Denmark and raised in Luxembourg, I am the founder of The Holistic Corner in Luxembourg City and a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist.

After experiencing burnout myself in 2018, I discovered how powerful hypnotherapy could be in understanding patterns, slowing down and creating change. This experience sparked a deeper interest in the autonomic nervous system, the effects of stress and anxiety and the mind-body connection.

In 2021, I left my office career to follow a new path in wellbeing, training in Vinyasa Yoga, Holistic Health & Nutrition, massage therapy and reflexology, and later completing my Higher Level Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy with UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy (UKCHH) which is now my main focus.

Today, I bring together my experience in bodywork, holistic health and mindwork, with a warm and grounded approach that recognises the intricate connection between mind and body.

My approach

Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy brings together the practical tools of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and the focused relaxed state of hypnosis.

CBT helps us understand the connection between our thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and how these patterns can influence the way we experience everyday life. By becoming more aware of unhelpful patterns, we can begin to develop healthier and more balanced ways of thinking and responding.
Hypnosis adds another layer to this process, helping you access a calm and focused state where you can explore new perspectives and practise different responses.

This offers a gentle yet practical approach to creating meaningful change, helping you feel calmer, more confident and better equipped to manage life's challenges.
