Integrative Counsellor
I believe we're not meant to struggle alone. My aim is to offer a supportive and confidential space where you can work through your difficulties in a way that feels meaningful to you, and where you'll be met with openness, care and without judgement.
Our work together will be guided by what feels right for you - moving at a pace you're comfortable with, and exploring only what you feel ready to bring. Whether you're navigating current difficulties or past hurts, I hope to provide a space for you to arrive just as you are.
I am a qualified Integrative counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I'm experienced in supporting people therapeutically in the charity sector, NHS, and my counselling practice.
I work with adults based in the UK. I have online sessions available on Wednesdays between 10am and 2pm, and Thursday and Friday mornings.
My counselling approach is integrative and relational, meaning our collaborative relationship is at the heart of our work. In our sessions, I bring openness and gentle curiosity to support your deeper self-awareness. Whether you have a clear sense of who you are or are still finding your way, you are welcome here. Together, we can navigate current difficulties, as well as move through past hurts and early experiences.
Sessions: sessions are 50 minutes and take place online via Zoom. I work with clients across the UK. We can work together long-term or short-term, depending on what feels right for you, and I welcome returning clients.
Getting Started: I offer a free 20-minute introductory conversation via Zoom. It's a chance to discuss what's going on for you, ask any questions you may have, and see if working together feels like a good fit. There's no obligation to continue after our initial conversation — what matters most is that it feels right for you.
Getting in touch: I hope my profile and website have given you a sense of whether counselling with me feels like a good fit. If you'd like to take that next step, you're welcome to get in touch via my website or through the contact form on this profile. I aim to reply within 24 hours (Monday - Friday), and I look forward to hearing from you.
