Integrative Arts Psychotherapist
If you are feeling stuck, anxious, or disconnected from yourself lately, you are very welcome here. I offer a warm, LGBTQIA+ inclusive, and neuro-affirming space for adults who are struggling to cope with burnout, relationship difficulties, grief, or trauma and PTSD. You might be going through a major life change, or just noticing that the ways you used to manage your stress aren't working anymore. It is exhausting to carry these feelings on your own, and it makes complete sense if you are feeling overwhelmed.
I'm Nina (she/her). I offer a warm, trauma-informed space to pause, reflect, and make sense of what you're experiencing. Combining talking therapy with creative and embodied approaches, we work collaboratively at your pace. You don't need to be artistic; creative tools offer another way to explore feelings that are difficult to put into words.
In therapy, we will look at what is happening with genuine curiosity. Because I am an Integrative Arts Psychotherapist, we don’t just rely on talking. We can also use creative tools like clay, sand tray, drawing, or movement. These methods give you a trauma-informed way to express what is going on inside, with no pressure to be "good at art." My work is informed by a range of therapeutic approaches, allowing therapy to be flexible and responsive to your individual needs and goals for therapy.
17 High Street, Battle TN33 0AE
I am currently completing a three-year MA in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy, following a Diploma in the Therapeutic and Educational Application of the Arts.
My professional background spans 6 years across private care work, specialist NHS digital projects (including eating disorder services), and clinical placements within NHS secondary care, and a domestic abuse charity. Within these settings, I have gained extensive experience in complex trauma, neurodivergence, disability, hormone sensitivity, psychosis, domestic abuse, eating disorders, refugee experiences, and LGBTQIA+ identities.
In my current clinical work, I am completing an NHS placement specialising in long-term therapeutic support for survivors of childhood sexual abuse.
