Psychotherapist
Online psychotherapy for young adults and adults experiencing anxiety, identity questions, life transitions or a sense of feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
I offer a warm and collaborative space to explore what you are going through, understand yourself more deeply and find new ways forward.
Sessions are available in English and French, online and in person in London.
I am an integrative psychotherapist and registered Art Psychotherapist.
I work with young adults and adults experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, questions around identity, relationships and periods of transition or uncertainty.
My background in psychotherapy and the creative arts allows me to work flexibly, depending on what feels most helpful for each person. You do not need to be creative or have any experience of art to work with me.
My approach is integrative, relational and experiential. Talking is at the heart of the therapeutic process, while creative, sensory or body-based ways of exploring experience can also be introduced when helpful.
This might include working with images, metaphor, drawing, materials or bodily awareness when words alone do not fully capture what you are experiencing.
There is no expectation to use creative methods. We work together in a way that feels appropriate and meaningful to you.
