Rebecca Yates

Integrative Psychotherapist

There are many reasons people decide to start therapy. They're feeling lost, their purpose in life has just left for university, redundancy and unemployment has left a sense of uncertainty. Grief rears it's head when least expected, close friends become acquaintances, hobbies no longer interest them. They feel unappreciated, worthless. Not good enough. These are all reasons my clients have walked through my door. And in fairness, the same can be said for myself. Life knocks us when we least expect it, talking about it with someone outside of your familial and social networks can help. I hope I can be that person for you
I offer face to face sessions in Skelmersdale, WN8 and online across the UK. Limited student and concessionary rates from £30 are available. Please visit my website to enquire
