About me

I have worked within NHS, Private and digital therapy settings, delivering high-intensity CBT to clients with a range of emotional difficulties. My experience in crisis mental health and community services has strengthened my ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly and support people through periods of acute and long-term distress.

I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, respectful and adapted to you as an individual. I bring curiosity, empathy and cultural awareness to every session so you can feel understood and supported while making real change.

My approach

I use evidence-based CBT tailored to the clients needs, exploring the patterns of thought and behaviour that keep problems going. Together we identify practical steps and coping strategies to help manage emotions and build resilience.

Where helpful, I integrate elements of compassion-focused, DBT and trauma-informed approaches, ensuring therapy moves at your pace. My aim is to create a collaborative, non-judgemental space where you can gain insight, develop new skills and work towards your goals.
