Clinical Psychologist
As a clinical psychologist (HCPC Registration No.: PYL046417), I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of presentations—from early developmental assessments to therapeutic support for complex mental health challenges. My practice integrates cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), compassion-focused therapy (CFT), systemic and family-based approaches, and trauma-informed care. Grounded in a neuroaffirmative and strengths-based philosophy, I tailor every intervention to the individual’s unique profile, developmental stage, and lived experience. Whether supporting emotional regulation, exploring neurodevelopmental differences, or fostering resilience, I offer clear, collaborative guidance that empowers clients and families to thrive with confidence and clarity.
