Accredited Integrative Counsellor
Hello and welcome. My name is Stacey and I am an accredited psychotherapist in the UK. My therapy style is integrative, which means I offer a tailored therapeutic style adapted to each client's individual needs.
I have strong values when it comes to working ethically and I ensure your safety is my top priority throughout our work together. I am an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society, with over 10 years experience.
I am very passionate about mental health, counselling and psychotherapy and I really love what I do.
Alongside my private practice, I have experience working within prisons, domestic abuse charities, working with families and with victims. I have extensive experience working with anger, shame, impulsive behaviour, relationships and domestic abuse. However, my support is not limited to these topics.
There are a million reasons to why you have come across my page; you may have started to look for a counsellor because you are struggling with your feelings and want to explore ways to cope. You may need a safe space to process events which happened in the past or that are happening right now, or you may need to reflect upon your relationships. Whatever the reason, I am here to help, put your mind at ease and walk alongside you no matter the journey.
Opening up to a stranger about these stresses can be daunting but I promise to offer you a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space with your thoughts and feelings at the centre, where you can talk openly about anything. I have extensive experience working with anger, shame, impulsive behaviour, relationships, self-esteem, anxiety and domestic abuse. However, my support is not limited to these topics.
Being integrative means we can build an approach using different modalities which works for you. This can be flexible to your needs.
