Integral body-psychotherapy practitioner under supervision
After nearly a decade in the corporate world, I followed a deeper personal calling — to support people through psychotherapy.
I offer individual and group sessions, both online and in person, in Belgrade and Athens.
My work is grounded in body-oriented psychotherapy, where we listen to what the body holds and expresses — helping emotions, sensations, and experiences find integration and flow
Available for new clients
I’m currently in the final year of training in Integral Body-Oriented Psychotherapy (EAP & EABP accredited), with over 300 hours of supervised client work.
Alongside my individual work, I facilitate group processes focused on dream analysis, movement, and embodied awareness.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent almost ten years in the FMCG industry, where I developed skills in strategic thinking, communication, and emotional resilience — experiences that now deepen my therapeutic presence.
I believe in the wisdom of the body, the courage of vulnerability, and the power of authentic connection as pathways to healing and transformation.
My approach integrates body awareness, mindfulness, and relational depth.
Through gentle curiosity and presence, I invite clients to reconnect with their sensations, emotions, and inner wisdom.
The body often carries what the mind cannot yet name — by slowing down, observing, and allowing, we create space for regulation, integration, and change.
This work is not about fixing, but about meeting yourself — with compassion and truth.
