Neurodivergent children and young adults and late diagnosed adults, Disabled adults and those with chronic illnesses and conditions
LGBTQIA+ children, adults and families,
CYP who have experiences of complex trauma and abuse (including pre-trial therapy)
Adults and CYP with racialized/indigenous identities (minoritized groups, global majority groups) Adults who are ex cult/high demand groups (spiritual/ ritual abuse)

About me

Hello, my name is Tara (They/she) & I go by T! I'm an Integrative Art psychotherapist dedicated to improving the lives of marginalized young people and adults.

I'm a proud AuDHD, Non-binary, bi and polyamorous therapist. I create a space where clients feel seen, understood and affirmed in who they are. We work together at your pace to build relational safety, supporting you to heal from the impact of othering/exile, towards feeling affirmed and enough.

My approach

My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from different modalities to see what works best for clients. These Include Art psychotherapy, ACT, CFT, CBT, Schema therapy, Neuroscience based approaches, (Polyvagal, neuro-plasticity etc), Neurodivergent paradigm.

I consider core parts of my practice to also be influenced by trauma informed, anti-oppressive and feminist frameworks.
