The "Whole Story" Approach: Navigating identity, heritage, and change. In my 10+ years of practice, I’ve found that the most profound healing happens when you don't have to 'translate' your life to be understood. I provide a culturally fluent, trauma-informed space where your whole story including your heritage and global journey is respected as the foundation of our work.

Who I Work With: Individuals navigating the "between worlds" struggle be cultural, faith, of expat life or dual-heritage identity.

Cultural Transitions: Those experiencing the exhaustion of burnout, grief, or the "shape-shifting" required to meet community expectations.

Meaning Seekers: People looking to move beyond symptom management toward genuine personal agency and clarity.

About me

My Background & Lived Experience: As a Muslim revert born and raised in the UK who has lived and worked in the Middle East, I bring a personal understanding of the unique pressures of raising children across cultures and the complex tug-of-war between tradition and personal identity. I offer a space where faith traditions and diverse worldviews are deeply respected.

My path into therapy was driven by a genuine fascination with how we grow through challenges. Whether you are dealing with bereavement, loss, trauma, abuse, burnout, identity shifts, culturally sensitive issues or persistent anxiety, I believe that while our struggles are real, they don't have to define us. I provide a steady, supportive relationship to help you navigate these transitions and experiences.

My approach

Therapy Sessions Location: Online sessions, I provide a secure, high-standard online practice using a GDPR-compliant, browser-based video platform.

My background in wellbeing leadership ensures a clinically excellent and confidential space, tailored to the unique complexities of living and working across borders. Practice Description Focusing on Identity and High-Pressure Transitions My clinical work is centered on navigating the intersections of identity, heritage, and the "between worlds" experience. I specialize in supporting those who feel the weight of community expectations, dual-heritage family dynamics, or the "shape-shifting" often required in multicultural environments.

My goal is to help you move beyond merely managing symptoms toward a restored sense of self. The Practitioner Stance: Gestalt and Existentialism I work through Gestalt and Existential perspectives, which means we prioritize your "here-and-now" experience.

Rather than getting lost in the "why" of the past, we focus on: Personal Agency: Exploring your capacity to make authentic choices in the face of life's uncertainties.

Relational Presence: Building a space where you no longer have to 'edit' or 'translate' your identity to be understood. Meaning-Making: Addressing the deep-seated exhaustion of burnout or grief by rediscovering purpose.
